Where would you like to get ready? At home, in a hotel with your bridesmaids? At Hale Park? The South Wing is very flexible and can sleep up to eight girls (with some sharing). There is a kitchen, hang out / make-up area and more.

So many options! We have a CofE church in the garden. We have civil wedding licence. You can be married in the Drawing Rooms, under the Portico out front and in various locations in the garden. And if you engage an Independent Celebrant and get married quietly in a Registry Office beforehand, you can be “married” anywhere on the Estate! And not a lot of venues can offer what we can.

Drinks and canape reception. This can be anywhere and as elaborate as you like. You just have to talk your caterers into it!

This can be anytime you like and at various locations: in the Drawing Rooms, outside on the lawns under a shade, in a marquee etc. Food choices will have an influence on location as will your decision on music or use of the piano.

Again, Hale Park’s blank canvas allows you to style this as you wish. You can have a band or a DJ in a marquee; you might want to dance in the Drawing Rooms to a DJ; one bride had a live singer on the Drawing room steps and the guests danced on the lawn! The nice thing is that evening guests come straight into the garden and the party is in full swing. Cue big grins!
Fireworks are permitted (fired by professionals) though floating paper lanterns are not, because of the animals. Outside bars, hog roasts, pizza vans, gin trolleys and circus performers – all are welcome!
